Valerie is the consummate real estate professional. As one of the owners of Keller Williams Realty-Clarksville, she has over twenty-two years of experience in the real estate industry and is the Listing Agent for The Air Assault Team, licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. Valerie holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is advanced real estate training and is the highest designation in the industry; an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) which specializes in out-of-town buyers; a Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) which allows her to help homeowners facing hardship; an E-PRO designation which qualifies her to work efficiently with technology; a VIP designation which qualifies her to work with out of state buyers; a Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation which is advanced training in all aspects of real estate; . Mark is a retired Army Colonel having served our Nation for over twenty-six years. He entered the real estate industry in July 2002 with Keller Williams Realty and is now the Chief Operating Officer and Broker of The Air Assault Team. He ensures the Team’s Vision and Mission remains the foundation of the Team’s responsibilities to our customers and clients. He ensures the legal aspects of real estate are adhered to in all transactions. The Air Assault Team’s Buyer Partners work exclusively with our clients who are buying a home while providing unsurpassed service. Our Buyer Partners carefully analyze your needs remaining sensitive to your special requirements; orient you to current market conditions and explain local real estate practices and procedures; thoroughly analyze the entire inventory of homes on the market and provide detailed information on selected properties that meet your needs; explain the home-buying process to include the offer presentation, the offer to purchase, and any supplemental needs that you have; conscientiously facilitate the negotiations; provide information on financing programs; provide helpful community data; and explain and follow-up on post-purchase activities.
Beverley is a retired Army Master Sergeant having served our Nation for twenty-one years. She came into the real estate industry in July 1995, immediately after retirement and quickly developed the requisite skills to become an excellent real estate professional. She is GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) certified and is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. Beverley was selected the Clarksville Association of Realtors’ 1999 Realtor Associate of the Year. THE AIR ASSAULT TEAM SUPPORT STAFF
Lisa is the Team’s Director of Operations & Listing Services. She maintains your listing agreement until receipt of an agreed to Purchase & Sales Agreement. She coordinates the activities we utilize to market your home to include but not limited to photography, virtual tours, staging your home to sell and maintenance activities associated with preparing your home for marketing.
Crystal is the Team’s Closing Coordinator. She maintains your consummated Purchase and Sales Agreement through the closing process. Crystal coordinates and manages all the activities necessary to close the sale or purchase of your home. Those activities include but are not limited to coordination with lending institutions for appraisal, home inspections and subsequent maintenance requirements, and coordination with designated closing/title entities that conclude the buying and selling process.
Carmen is the Team’s Director of First Impressions. She is the face and voice of the great customer service you will receive and should expect from The Air Assault Team. Carmen connects our prospective customers and clients with our Team members commencing the unprecedented service we expect to provide. Importantly, Carmen is prepared to provide service from both our Listing Services and Closing Coordinator desks.
Stephen is The Air Assault Team’s Statistician and Courier. He assists our Buyer Partners in computing their stated goals while also providing overall analysis of activity in the Clarksville Real Estate Market Area. Within the scope of his responsibilities, he ensures our Selling clients homes are safe and secure and maintains great curb appeal in support of the Team’s marketing strategies. Stephen’s work enhances our customer service goals and objectives making our clients and customers “Raving Fans"!
Faith is the Team’s Social Media & Technology Specialist. She ensures our social media presence is updated and aligned with today’s real estate market. Faith also performs tasks related to the Team’s Listings and Closings Services. She assists our Selling Clients prepare their homes so they can be expeditiously marketed for sale.
